About Robinson High School

Robinson High School, home of the Knights, is a gem in the School District of Hillsborough County. Rising to a prominent position among the top U.S. high schools, Robinson has received A grades from the state of Florida and consistently appears among U.S. News & World Report’s Best High Schools in Florida and Best Magnet Schools in America.

Founded in 1959, Robinson currently serves more than 1,600 students who strive daily to fulfill the Knights motto, “Pride through Excellence.” Each year our outstanding students earn recognitions in the county, state and nation for their success in academics, athletics and the arts.

In 2015, Robinson High School students gave the school the highest average ratings on the Hillsborough County Climate & Perception Survey, indicating their happiness with the culture and school climate at Robinson.

Robinson High School is home to a unique Aerospace Academy that partners with both MacDill Air Force Base and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University to provide great opportunities and dual enrollment courses for both IB and traditional students enrolled in Aerospace.
