RHS IB COORDINATOR
The International Baccalaureate DP Coordinator carries out effective leadership and administrative functions of the IBDP Program; works closely with leadership in supporting the educational development of students and staff; and promotes parent and community awareness of the program.

RHS IB COUNSELOR
The International Baccalaureate School Counselor guides the school/community toward achieving the vision, philosophy, and goals of the IB program. The School Counselor also provides support in the area of academics, the college application and social/emotional needs.
Morgan Reinhart
RHS IB TEACHERS
IB teachers are responsible for creating an inquiry based, dynamic, engaging, student-led environment for teaching and learning. IB approaches to teaching are based on inquiry, focused on conceptual understanding, developed in local and global contexts, focused on effective teamwork and collaboration, differentiate to meet the needs of all learners and informed by assessment (formative and summative).
